How does the credit system work?

Each subscription includes monthly credits (bulk.run dollars). These credits cover your AI usage. Once exhausted, overage is billed at the plan's discounted rate. Credits reset monthly. We bill overage at the end of each month.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your billing dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate your subscription fee.

What happens if I exceed my daily limits?

You can upgrade to a higher tier anytime to increase your limits. Daily limits reset every 24 hours at midnight UTC.

What AI models are included?

All plans include access to Google Gemini 2.5 models (Fast, Balanced, Max). Choose the model that fits your use case and budget.
